How to Request an Exchange

• Please email us at info@hayaara.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Use the subject line “Exchange Order” and include the following details:

  • Name

  • Address

  • City

  • Pincode

  • Contact Number

  • Reason for Exchange

  • Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Product Condition

• The product must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

• Customized or sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Shipping Charges

• For exchanges, a shipping charge of ₹199 will apply.

• You can also send the product back yourself using any courier service. Please share the tracking ID within 3 working days of delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll replace it free of cost.

• Please share an unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of delivery.

Processing Time

• Once we receive your returned package, the exchanged item will be shipped.

• The full process usually takes 7–14 working days.

Important Information

• Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

• If your required size or product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for future purchases.

• We currently do not offer refunds.
